We are a cosmic unity!
You are as yet I am
The One in many, all
Numbered and known
All alone and yet all one.
Before time there was
And will be only now
A willingness to be
As within you, born within me
As it is in space, equi-distant
Where ever you are now,
Forever apart and so close
As to be all around.
Of stars beyond counting
Within molecules and atoms
Moving in the silent emptiness
This ocean of one mind.
Feel the burning blaze, the fiery rush
Free of all and of but one awareness
This beating of one heart.
An old world decaying dies
Cast off like a dead skin
As with one mind and vision
A new cosmic unity being revealed,
Transcendent and miraculous
Like a new born baby’s first breath
In whose eyes I see you.
